I had an appointment and still waited in the salon for hours just for a wash cut and blowdry I asked for a conditioning treatment and my hair feels no better than when I went in When my hair was washed it was washed aggressively and they got my hair so tangled that when they did the blow dry it felt like my hair was being ripped apart when they tried brushing it My hair was cut uneven and not at all like the inspo picture I showed to the stylist
I left so very dissapointed and upset I will not be reccomending or returning

My daughter came in to get her hair done and unfortunately it wasnt what she asked for The hairdresser did a fantastic job but the cut and colour was a bit off I called the salon and the lady I spoke to was so lovely She communicated with the owner and they brought her back in and fixed it up She is beaming now and they did such a beautiful job and were so helpful Thank you so all so much
