Im genuinely saddened that this nail salon has received so many recent reviews that are negative I believe people can have the odd bad experience anywhere and those must be the only experiences being shared I was reluctant to try here after the recent reviews but I had a gift voucher and gave it a go last weekend I had biab builder gel done on my natural nails and its the best experience Ive had in years compared to a range of different salons in Palmerston Coolalinga areas The lady who did my nails had great care and attention to detail my nails feel strong and are so neat and tidy The salon was full everyone was being attended to and I think a lot of people left happy Complimentary bottled water handarm massage polite service I will definitely be back and hope others start to share their positive experiences at this salon as well Thanks ladies

I recently visited this nail salon and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing The nail technician who did my nails was very rude and kept making unpleasant faces which made me uncomfortable and hesitant to express that I didnt like how the nails were turning out The nails she did were uneven and the nail art was nothing like the inspiration picture I showed her The stars she drew were crooked and when she asked how I would like them I politely said like in the picture but she sighed and seemed annoyed The next day I returned to let them know the nails were uneven and that there was glue inside my nails making them very uncomfortable Instead of addressing the issue promptly they made me wait minutes while they served clients who arrived after me Overall the staff was unprofessional and rude and the quality of work was terrible I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone and I will never be returning

Rush their work and dont listen to what you are after Left with blotchy uneven nails and a big hard blob of clear top coat covering half the skin of one of my toes Then when paying she puts the eftpos machine down and walks away No thank you for your payment or anything shes already walked off to the next client Both my nails and toes look awful and the customer service was horrendous Such a shame since this was for a wedding Now I have to go elsewhere to have them removed and redone
