I had perfectly straight all one length thick hair almost to my bottom when I entered Now I have a choppy mess and lost more than half the length I asked her to take as little as possible off the back and add some layers around my face The layers are literally steps not blended at all and the back isnt even close to straight Im devastated Do not recommend
