Sorry to say l wouldnt even give her one star She totally ruined my hair I was devastated I asked for a cut that was chin level she cut lip level She took off about inches no styling to back of my hair I had to go to another hairdresser to have it rectified She told me it will take years for my hair to grow back the way it should be I did ask for a refund but she only refunded me half of the cost I paid for my cut she did not shampoo my hair or style after the cut I paid to have my hair ruined I am so disappointed after the reviews l read on line
