I had the worst experience at this salon I arrived for my PM appointment but didnt get started on until PM I was so excited and had my day cleared so I stayed The salon was severely understaffed with only one stylist juggling four clients simultaneously To make matters worse the bathroom had no working lights which was a safety hazard My excitement quickly turned to devastation After a year of dedicated growth Im now faced with cutting off all my progress due to the damage inflicted during my appointment When I tried to inquire about the products used on my hair the staff member was incredibly rude and hung up on me I strongly advise anyone with natural hair especially c hair to avoid this place The lack of professionalism poor service and potential for hair damage make it a terrible choice stars but thats not possible so a

Its the best salon ever The lady that did my dreads was quite polite and they converse with their customers and try to engage in conversation

Haircut was overall okay he was quick and professional I had my beard already trimmed down and lined up perfectly an hour before I arrived he decided to cut of it down without me even asking or asking if I wanted a beard line up and charged me for the beard haircut when I only came in and requested a haircut
