Oriana nails

This place is awful I went today for pedicure the girl cut a chunk out of my big toe and then proceeded to try and glue it Which stung badly then put on cotton wool which entangled in The bleeding after I asked her for a medical box ie antiseptic wipes they had none then she used a tissue to stop it Then quickly used a file on the rest and one coat of paint not two whilst it was seeping After drying my daughter said to the manager he shouldn infot charge me he played the I don infot understand card and insisted on the the full amount my daughter told him it was bad business he totally blanked her My foot has again started bleeding since I got home They have breached health and safety rules and there customer service is diabolical I will also be contacting Wickford council about there procedures Awful experience

The customer service I received after asking for a refund was disgusting I had a full set done on the and the quality of the nails were so poor they have all broken off When asking them for a refund they said after weeks they do not refund and will need a infill This is the nd time I infove been here after an infill from a full set from a previous shop and the guy just moaned and said I need a new full set due to how bad quality the ones were from the previous shop I always have my nails done once a month and they last very well I have a month old baby and having my nails done once a month is a luxury I always have acrylics from previous shops and have never had nails break off after weeks let alone get an infil I will never go back and will be going to Wickford council regarding this

I info infom always a bit nervous about trying a new nail salon but my experience with Oriana was very good I went on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to accommodate me as a walk in for a full set acrylic with gel polish The staff were very gentle and my nails look great Very reasonably priced as well Will definitely be coming back
