Im incredibly disappointed with the service at The Hair Company My mother who was recently diagnosed with dementia booked a few appointments but forgot about them due to her condition Understanding this might be frustrating for a small business I called the salon to apologise and explain the situation I even offered to handle all future bookings on her behalf to prevent any further issues Unfortunately I was met with rude and dismissive behavior The person I spoke with refused to allow my mother to book future appointments despite my efforts to resolve the situation The conversation was abruptly ended by the salon owner who said she was busy with a client and didnt have time for this This experience was appalling especially considering the lack of understanding and inclusivity shown towards someone with additional needs I strongly recommend against this salon particularly for anyone who might need a bit more patience and care

Lovely ladies friendly and always professional Great value and completely reliable Safe hands

Great staff they always take time to have a chat if I pop in with the wife They do wonders with my wifes hair She always comes back looking great Plan your booking well in advance they are popular for a reason
