Absolutely terrible experience Asked for foils and a toner walked out with my hair literally snapping off Walked in with healthy hair walked out with my hair falling out Got money back but sadly I will never go back again I dont even have a nice blonde colour for my trouble and only got a chemical hair cut Wouldnt recommend if you value your hair Im shocked
