She left my year old daughter waiting while she had half hair cut to serve another client because we were minutes late for our appointment even we asked if we could come tomorrow and reschedule our appointment but she insisted for us to come even we were late Never going back again
I got my hair smoothing on and I paid But after first wash my hair look totally damage then I called her and sent my hair photos then she said come back to me and show me your hair I can give free karetin treatment but when I vist to hair professional in Melbourne central they said dont get any another treatment for next month because my hair is too much damage Then I text to final touch hair salon I said I am not getting any further treatment from you because my hair doesnt look straightI said you have to refund my half money then she didnt see my msg on her WhatsApp Its very unfair She is very expensive charges a lot using wrong products Just making money
