Get Nailed

I dont usually write reviews Last week I went to get a manicure for an event The next day my nails were already peeling at my event I went back in last Sunday to get them to fix it Now my nails are two different colours Two of my nails have bubbles Two are chipped off After not even a week of having my nails done I get my nails done all the time and this has been the worst outcome Very disappointed

My friend and I got our nails done and they turned out amazing Best service thanks to the beautiful ladies that worked on us we will be back again Even with the long waits they are so totally worth it Sometimes they just get busy and thats ok

I am not one to usually write reviews but I have felt the need to for this nail salon as I am literally still sitting in the salon I came in with my grandmother and mother for simple pedicures my toe nails were completed within a whole minutes and the pedicure was not done properly at all especially for a price of The lady seemed very rushed hardly filed or shaped my nails rushed other parts of the pedicure and did not speak to me at all My nails were left dry and polish still smudged along the edges The lady also did not ask me whether I wanted shellac and had just applied adding to the end cost After sitting in the chair having finished my grandmother was still not even halfway through her pedicure I spoke to the receptionist about my concerns she was then talked to by what seemed to be the manager The manager then did not address me at all or the issues and continued with his own customer A different lady then came over and I explained my thoughts and that I was not comfortable paying for something I can do myself at home This lady did not say much other than that they would only charge me for the shellac Once we had to pay they tried to charge me the full I then reminded them I had been told I would only have to pay for the shellac With a bit of back and forth and them saying I should pay the full price because they tried their best I ended up only paying for the shellac which was still I was honestly left feeling quite disappointed and ripped off The only positive thing I would have to say is that the lady who seemed to be the receptionist was very lovely
