I have visited this salon multiple times in the past However during my visit on December at pm for a full set of acrylic nails and a Shellac pedicure the salon was extremely busy and the service felt rushed
After getting home and looking more closely at my nails I was very disappointed with the outcome The work was not to the standard I have previously experienced with visible air bubbles uneven thickness poor colour coverage no base colour so nails are translucent and poorly shaped nails Given the amount of money I spent I did not expect such a rushed and unsatisfactory result Unfortunately I will now need to have the service redone elsewhere

I visited a few days ago and asked for a new fresh set of nails with my existing acrylics removed This was completely disregarded and the technician began doing an infill instead I clearly told her once again I wanted a fresh set and my current nails removed but she did not acknowledge me and continued with the infill anyway
Another customer sitting next to me had to speak up on my behalf and explain for the third time what I was asking for and only then did they proceed The drill was used on my skin not just my nails which resulted in three cuts along the sides of my nails One of these cuts has since become irritated
I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly impressed with the overall quality of services I had a shellac mani and pedi as well as an eyebrow wax for
The manicure was quick and clean The pedicure by Ben was the best I have had in years I really like the shape of my eyebrows not too thick or too thin
I will definitely stop by again when I pass through Wagga next
