The owner should fire the store sales girls except the store manager and assistant manager How many customers giving one star review here and complaining about no service But no action taken We have witnessed the awful service many times Customer service girls rather chatting or pretending busy with work instead of serving customers When customers asking questions at the service desk the girls would either be silent and kept chatting or simply said no to any questions Really surprised the manager or store owner does not take any action to correct the salespersons performance One girl cant even speak good English in a very Englishspeaking neighbourhood No wonder the business is not that good
