I came here with a friend today and unfortunately our experience was very negative We waited for over min before the appointment even started and during the service we had to wait another minutes after almost every step The whole process felt unorganized and very slow The quality of the work was also poor Several things had to be redone and I still ended up with a visible spot on one of my nails The French tips are uneven and not professionally done What concerned us the most however was the hygiene The drills and files were used on multiple clients without being disinfected or changed There were nail clippings and dust all over the tables The tools didnt seem clean and the techs were very rough with our hands Overall the environment did not feel sanitary at all Then at the checkout they suddenly said it was instead of and started loudly going off at me even though they had clearly said for each nail design which I hab They tried to tell me that the extension tips counted as French tips in their pricing book and that French tips cost an extra They accused me of not wanting to pay even though I only said that I thought the total was I asked why it suddenly became I paid and they still kept arguing with me which was a very uncomfortable situation For prices between and dollars we expected a clean salon proper hygiene and professional service but none of that was the case We are very unhappy with our experience and cannot recommend this place at all

I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience here The hygiene standards seemed low as the same drill bits were used on multiple customers without proper cleaning I paid AUD for acrylic nails but the result was quite uneven with bumps and messy edges even after they redid parts of it The salon also felt very unorganized Despite having an appointment I waited a long time and the staff kept switching between clients which made everything take much longer The strong chemical smell and lack of ventilation made the visit uncomfortable as well I also showed a photo of the design I wanted but it was done incorrectly twice before being fixed Overall I dont feel the quality matched the price

Almost two weeks have passed not even quite two weeks yetand four of the nails I had extended have already fallen off I didnt like the service from the start because it felt rushed The nail technician barely even looked at my nails To make matters worse two of my fingers were cut and started bleeding At first I didnt want to leave a bad review but now not only was the service poor but the quality is also bad The price is cheap but Id rather pay more for better nails and better service Another thing I called to book an appointment but it felt like my reservation wasnt actually confirmed They had me wait and then asked what I wanted done as if I was a walkin customer
