This was the worst hairdressing experience I have ever experienced I went in for a balayage and trim My regular hairdresser and I had been working to build strength in my hair as Im normally a bleach blonde There was brown over bleached hair My hairdresser was late rude and not well I told her all my hair history She put a full head of foils in over bleached hair and aggressively cut my hair without asking I went home and cried all day after I had to go to my normal hairdresser the next day and spend all day fixing it This is the nice photo provided in this review The shocking part is that when I went to ask for a refund or even an apology the owner got aggressive and so did the hairdresser A hairdresser has a duty of care to the client and this was not upheld They also claimed I lied I was blonde and didnt disclose this I have been a blonde my whole life and only brown for months I couldnt believe they would fight back at a customer The owner refused to refund and also refused to recognise there was even an issue Shocking customer service and outcome My hair is enough proof in these terrible photos below It was SHOCKING The right way to deal with this would have been an apology and being more understanding plus also offering a refund like my longtime hairdresser suggested It cost me over to fix my hair on top of this Now I cant touch my hair for months and have been using keratin treatment to try and fix it After a whole year of hair care it was ruined in one day I would not recommend this salon one bit Unprofessional

Kelsey is my regular hairdresser now and she spent a good minutes genuinely listening to me about what I wanted done with my hair She explained how the desired outcome could be achieved She is outgoing bubbly and very kindhearted Im a fairly nervous fussy customer but I wouldnt go anywhere else You can trust your money is well spent and you will come out feeling pleased with the result I know I left the salon feeling great about my hair confident and like a queen And the staff are caring and respectful to each other and their customers Dana

The ladies in this salon are so lovely helpful and very welcoming I got my hair done by Kelsey and she did a fabulous job on my hair I definitely would recommend this salon to everyone I cant wait to go back and get my hair done again xx
