I drove minutes from my home to treat myself to a manicure pedicure at tweed city beauty stop I had the services done when I got home the same day I realised that it hadnt be done properly and the colour wasnt set at all It was sliding off my toes I spent for both services
I messaged the business on instagram they asked me to come back in unfortunately I dont have a spare hour and a half of driving time the time for the service to be redone
I let them know that I couldnt and they didnt respond
I guess thats just money down the drain Disappointing

Editing to add in response to owner these nails were done last Saturday I have the bank transactions for mine and my mothers nails to prove it
My nails are average I was up charged from the quoted price and I have a really bad nail infection on one finger Only one coat of glitter was done so it didnt achieve the effect I was after Ill also need to do some filing at home to try neaten them up and fix the shape I paid for these
This was my second visit to Beauty Stop and once again Im really happy with my nails Nicha did an amazing jobtheyre exactly what I wanted and turned out perfectly She was also so lovely to chat with throughout the appointment I really appreciated how clean and professional she was wearing gloves and keeping everything hygienic Ill definitely be coming back
