Pamper Nails

Just had a pedicure today and left leaving so upset Ive been coming here all year and today was expecting similar experience It was quite busy due to Christmas period and I had no problem waiting half an hour to be seen Then I when it came to my nails I wasnt sure of the pink colour I usually get and they didnt help so I chose one I thought was it When she done the first coat I said it was too darkI if could change it to a pinker one She continued painting with the same colour Then when I said I didnt like that pink she raised her voice pulled a face and said you choose then everyone was looking at me and I was close to tears I was embarrassed I just said it was fine to leave it She left the lamp on me never came back had no moisturiser like usual and I had to take the lamps off myself and leave I was going to come back to get my hands done tomorrow but I will never be back Customers work hard for their money too for a min botched pedicure is not right If you hate your job leave dont take it out on paying customers

I could just let these photos speak for themselves Incredibly talented people at pamper very nice and understanding Highly recommended in the last photo my nails were grown out they didnt look like that when I got them done

I had a pedicure here and I was very satisfied because the staff here were so friendly and polite Super great experience
