My husband and I took our month old son in today who was in desperate need of his very first haircut as his hair keeps getting matted at the back Our son is normally a very calm boy but as soon as the clippers were on his scalp he had a full blown meltdown much to our surprise The hairdresser working on him showed such patience and persistence to try her hardest to get at least the back evened out I dont even know how long we were in there trying to get him to at least have a somewhat even back of the head we had given up on even attempting the top and front almost immediately A second hairdresser stepped in with the scissors to try to even him out a bit further All the while my husband and I were swapping holding him back and forth between us and trying to comfort him In the end due solely to the diligence and kindness of the hairdressers that worked here my son left in a not perfect but acceptable state Which is much more than we expected given his initial reaction And the salon refused to charge us anything as the job wasnt completed We may not have left with the outcome we were hoping for but the stylists here showed such a level of care and commitment and understanding that we will certainly be return customers although I think well avoid hair cuts as long as humanly possible for my little one I didnt get their names but to the women working today Thankyou so much Your kindness is so appreciated and valued

DONT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR I asked for a trim with ends that were piecey and choppy not straight blunt ends I was told this would cost an extra so I agreed only to get absolutely no communication with the older blonde woman who clearly hates her job and any customers and then she proceeded to cut my hair into the worst blunt straight cut Ive ever had in my life there are randomly chopped off chunks in my fringe when it used to lay nice to the side she roughed up my ends and chopped them straight across but not even uniform She also back combed my ends as she was cutting so I left the salon a bloody frizzy mess Im so upset I have cried Couldnt get a refund either I cant style it my fringe is ruined I had to go somewhere else and pay someone to TRY and make something of the hair thats left

I give stars for Bree Such a beautiful woman always smiling and very friendly very professional hairstylist I went in a couple of months ago Bree was away so I had Michelle do my cut I was totally Not impressed I asked for my hair to be cut a certain way but no it didnt happen I returned for another cut today and ask d for Bree to do my hair Bree as always is busy so I left and came back A young girl had told Michelle I was waiting well Body language speaks for itself Michelle was obviously having a dig at me I was disgusted WHY would an adult talk about customers in that manner to a child Hand signals and all the young girl kept looking at me whilst Michelle was talking That says it all I believe we are entitled to choose who does our hair
