I visited in for various treatments had purchased packages and would have recommended this beauty clinic without hesitation However earlier this year I visited for one facial and had my remaining treatments booked in I received a call asking to reschedule my next appointment to two days later then when I arrived for that appointment the clinic was temporarily closed which I found surprising considering they were open only two days earlier and rescheduled my appointment I was not contacted at all about the temporary closure which was back in January and a friend I recommended to the clinic is in the same situation Please be aware if this clinic reopens to ensure that any packages you purchase are redeemable in other clinics in the same chain as I lost my remaining treatments

The clinical facial is nicely done and the therapist was friendly They should really invest in a new fit out and new lights as the place feels rundown would not give their treatment as gift

Have been to two of the salons Mid City and Westfields They provide a good service but the upsell is a bit off putting I already came in for a paid treatment so please give people a break from the selling
