Ive read some bad reviews but personally Ive never had a bad experience here You cant expect to just walk in and be seen straight away there are appointments booked so you need to wait and be patient lifes not just about you Just book an appointment I generally dont book but I dont have an issue waiting or retuning Im

My most recent experience was far from satisfactory
I requested lip chin wax with one long hair on my jawline to be plucked
Instead l got the lip and chin wax with the addition of a face wax on both cheeks
I believe the strips used were far too big and as a result l ended up with a large sore on my upper lip
Sadly l will not be returning for my waxing
The person who assisted me seemed to have a very poor command of English both listening and speaking
Im sorry to say l will not be returning
