go here if you want your nails to look like this not even hours later and then when you ask for a refund they seem to have a problem refunding you in there scruffy shop One of the girls asked why are your feet a mess Majority of the staff are money grabbing unhelpful rude people and seem to not understand that when you pay for a service and looks like the below why you would want your money back I had went in once and been polite to then come out and the service that had been repaired to again be a mess when I asked then to not do them and to refund me they all started talking in Chinese and carry on doing the service I had asked them to stop because I didnt want more of my time wasted

A review for the owner Most of your staff are rude and unfair Had my nails done by one of the staff on th September Chipped within hour so went back to get it fixed The lady only painted the corner instead of doing the full nail days later chipped again Few days later other nails started to chip Total of nails Went back days later and was told they only give day guarantee for chipped nails and would have to pay I disagreed and told him days guarantee is not right as its not normal for gel to chip I told him one of the Google reviewers was told they only give day guarantee so he lied and makes up the guarantee to every customer complaining He walked off to have a fag and another lady took over and told me to take a seat A nail technician called Boey not sure if the spelling is right told me not to worry and she would do the full set with no charge as it should not have chipped She said there was a thin layer of powder applied which was the reason the gel chipped When she got up to pick my nail colour her colleague rudely interrupted and spoke to her in her language Boey told me that she said I would have to pay This is not what was agreed on before I was seated The nail technician agreed and said dont worry youre not paying as it was against my rights You cannot expect your customers to come in every days to pay for a nail service Its unheard of Thank you to Boey for being professional fair and understanding The only nail technician who shows a bit of love and respect to her customers and knows how to do her job My nails have not chipped since she has re done them She should be given the role of deputy manager to deal with customers when the manager is not on site The majority are not professional but greedy with a poor attitude If you want your customers to return be fair Remember customer is king and its not all about making money Thank you Boey for being there for me

Absolutely appalling paid for basic french tips and they are messy Hairs trapped in the polish wonky and just over all disappointing When using the drill she cut all around my nail and it started to bleed this happened to almost all my nails and are still sore now Another big issue was that no sign to say cash only i asked if they took card and they said yes but when i went to pay said cash only and i had to go to a cash point and they were all talking about me in their language and giggling Overall i dont recommend going honestly save your money
