APPALLING LASH LIFT RUINED MY LASHES I went in to get lash extension removal and a lift and tint I have long natural lashes but had extensions for an event The removal went ok eyes were stinging a bit but maybe that was to be expected After the removal my lashes looked as they did before extensions I wanted a lift because some of my outer lashes curl inwards a little so just wanted an even curl I stupidly assumed this was a routine procedure and a lash specialist would have had no issue performing this She advised me that it wouldnt be a drastic effect and that they would just be lifted slightly I explained that all I really wanted was for the outer lashes to be in line with the rest and I didnt want anything drastic The whole process was painful and took far longer then first quoted She left the solution on for about half an hour which I now know is way too long and the result was horrible She told me the reason it took so long is because she went for an intense curl My lashes must have snapped off because they are now the same length as the bottom ones The shape is terrible they are bent so far back that they are laying on my eyelid Absolutely devastating I cant even apply eye makeup because my lashes are so far bent back Eyeliner and mascara not a chance my lashes are literally pressed back against my eyelid I just dont understand how someone who does this for a profession got it so wrong Apparently it takes months for your lashes to return back to normal by themselves I cant get another lift to try and reverse it for at least a few weeks and cant apply extensions because of the way theyre bent back onto my eyelid So upset Do your due diligence when booking in for a lash lift and certainly dont go here Im so upset and theres just no solution to fix the damage thats now done

Literally worst ever During eyelash extension she pulled out my eyelashes and it was really hurt Ive done a few times from other lash shops but never experienced such things Can u believe that the picture uploaded is worth with dollars She tried to make excuses that my lashes couldnt handle the thickness of artificial lashes But she couldve discussed the issues with me and suggested for me to change it during extension But she never tried and ruined it She was also so rude I asked her to remove cuz I thought that Id be better to remove them straight away and put makeup instead for the planned party So I asked her to remove them but the first sentence she said was that you still have to pay for the lash extension I felt really annoyed with the result but was definitely willing to pay as she did her work anyway But she never mentioned abt how I feel like and unsatisfied results just tried to make excuses with the first priority of money All of her expressions were like so what I did my work anyway Absolutely never go there again
