I scheduled a hair extension service Although we discussed the service and I was informed that extensions would be applied I was not properly informed about the quality of the extensions or the final costs of the service I was surprised to find that the extensions did not match my hair type and were not dense enough to meet my needs Furthermore I was told during the process that the price of the service would be much higher than initially stated This price change was not communicated to me in advance which I consider unprofessional I was not given the opportunity to make an informed decision before the extensions were applied Additionally I witnessed inappropriate behavior from an employee of the salon who attempted to touch me after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service I find this behavior unacceptable and I would like to ensure that such situations do not occur in the future I would also like to point out that there was a serious lack of professionalism in the way I was treated The staff spoke in a language I could not understand which made me feel uncomfortable and excluded I felt as if the conversation was intentionally kept from me which I find disrespectful and unprofessional I left your salon in tears due to the unprofessional treatment I received To further illustrate my dissatisfaction I am attaching photos of the hair extensions that were applied They were of poor quality and not what I had expected at all

Hi I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your salon I had a great experience thank you for personally doing my haircut and eyebrows I really appreciate the time and care you put into it Everything turned out great and Im very happy with the result Thanks again for your professionalism and kindness Ill definitely be coming back

this is my th time getting my hair done at this salon and the service is incredible and i always get exactly what i ask for i wouldnt trust any other place to do my hair thank you guys
