Such an amazing experience I asked Gayle quite last minute if she would be open to coming to my wedding venue the night before to give myself and my bridesmaids some treatments I wasnt even sure if this was something she would do but immediately she was so responsive helpful and completely obliging I hadnt been to Gayle before and to be honest I booked her just for some fun and relaxation with the girls the night before my wedding I wasnt expecting to have one of the best massages of my life And I wasnt the only one to think that every single one of my bridesmaids and my mum all came out of her treatment room looking so happy relaxed and singing her praises It really was a wonderful experience and much needed at such a stressful and busy time Gayle was friendly professional and obviously very good at her job she put you immediately at ease The only bad thing is that I dont live closer to Sligo so I can go for regular treatments but I will definitely be looking her up again any time Im nearby Thank you Gayle for helping to start my wedding weekend the right way I recommend everyone do the same

I am so happy I came across Gayle Gayle is amazing Second visit I went in with a lot of pain and came out feeling amazing In particular I have been dealing with a pain in my foot arch since June I have no pain there now Ive made the decision that I will be visiting Gayle more frequently because it is the best money Ive ever spent Highly recommend the bespoke treatments because Gayle will know what your body needs Gayle also talks you through where the tension is in your muscles which I love
