Been shopping regularly at Julia infos for about years now Always had good customer service and caring as most of the times I go on my own and look for the best products for myself Staff are very attentive and friendly and my mother in law absolutely loves going there to check out their laces I will always recommend them and come back

As a woman make sure you go with your husband brother or male friend DON infoT go by yourself or with friends saying this as south asian woman myself The men workers have some sort of weird staring problem that makes you soo uncomfortable that you infod want to leave the shop really quick I feel like i infom being watched everywhere I go because of their weird looks Example came into the shop with my sister to give back a product that seemed off The guy helping us just kept staring at me while speaking to my sister And I didn info infot like it because why are you constantly staring at me when i infom not the one who infos even speaking it infos my sister that is speaking and has the issue not me Me and her speak english so theres no need for translating I can just feel the stares in my presence without me having to look at this man You can probs stare weirdly like that when you infore back home but you don infot do it here in the uk I infoll tell you that It comes across different here Another thing is they have alot of cool looking stuff here but I cannot shop in peace without them following me aroundThis makes it hard to actually shop and want to buy stuff In no way is this infocustomer service info

Bought hair from the shop with long lasting curl written on the package only for it to not curl went back to the shop only to be told they don info infot guarantee for synthetic hair to curl Even though nothing in the shop indicates that Shameful behaviour on behalf of the store operators never returning again
