I called to ask if i could bring in my Explorer to do something about my running board that was falling off due to rust The owner told me I could bring it in anytime so I got there within minutes and he took care of me immediately We decided to just completely remove it and he set me up in a chair and let me wait in the shop while he made the repair He was quick friendly and didnt overcharge me Ive been burned by some other shops in Seattle so it was a refreshing experience to have an honest knowledgable person help me out Hopefully I dont have more car troubles but if I do I know where to go

I went to Duong after I got into an accident because of black ice and car got messed up He did an excellent job on the bodywork got the parts and all the labor and threw in additional work at no cost like a second headlight so the front matched and the year old car looks better than ever all at the quoted price in less than two weeks total waiting for parts took the longest Highly recommend for body work especially since none of the other collision centers would even give me a quote if I wasnt working directly with insurance Very fair and cool Before and after pics

Hello all searching for some auto body repairs This was my first true accident it was a rollover Im not one to leave reviews in fact this may be my second review ever I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the service I received and the quality of the job he did I cannot believe he made my truck practically brand new again Hes not just a pro with the auto body repairs this guy is sharp mechanically He was able to get my truck right in for repair He even offers free towing to his shop I felt like my truck was very secure at the shopits seattle so i was certainly concerned Dom cannot thank you enough for your service Other shops gave me ridiculous lead times like I said he got me right in recommend
