Had a great experience with this shop My hood cable snapped and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and replace it the same day Communication was clear pricing was fair and they walked me through what they fixed Hood works perfectly now Definitely recommend them for honest reliable work

I drove from California to Seattle and after I arrived in Seattle suddenly my car wouldnt start It would start intermittently and I took it to multiple mechanics and nobody even bothered look under the hood to diagnose the issue and they simply said starter needs to be replaced without verifying if the starter is indeed bad I wasnt satisfied with anyone and then I took my car to Goytom of G and M auto repair He was impressive right away as he told me the exact plan for the diagnosis He tested the starter and made sure if that is indeed the problem and he found out it wasnt in less than min Then he looked at the car dashboard and found out the root cause It was the ignition key chip malfunction He got the locksmith expert to reprogram the key and boom it all worked fine What I appreciate about Gaytom is his honesty and straight forwardness I was thoroughly impressed by his diagnostic skills and hewill be goto mechanic once I move to Seattle I already recommended him to my friends here I was worried that I wont able to go back to CA for several days but he solved my problem in couple hours I am really grateful to him
