My elderly frail father is in a Nursing Home and desperately needed a haircut and moustache trim I called the shop and they sent the very kind and gentle Sam who did a fantastic job including ears eyebrows and a shave My father now looks very smart for his th birthday and the visit to the Nursing Home was very much appreciated Thank you

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon I asked for a simple trim because I had spent months growing my hair long However they cut the sides unevenly When I pointed it out instead of fixing the imbalance they cut my hair much shorter straight across my head but it was still uneven Imagine one side sticking out like a round lump while the other side flows like a wavy line That infos how bad it looked I infom really unhappy with the result and it feels like all the time I spent growing my hair was completely wasted

Appalling job on our son info infos hair right before his birthday too Photos attached are AFTER we asked the boss to fix one of his workers hack jobs And he info infos done an even worse cut Such a shame as our son had had a good cut in there months ago by a guy named Kosh who also respected our son info infos autism and gave him really good warning on things and even noticed before us and immediately stopped at one point when he noticed our son was stressed The last workers ignored us asking to just pre warm him especially before touching his ears and they ignored this And have now hacked his hair It looks absolutely ridiculous And cannot be fixed now without shaving his head or waiting for it to grow and looking like this It looks like a child has attacked it with kitchen scissors
