These guys were great Super professional and affordable They were able to get me in first thing the next morning after my window got smashed Everything got done quickly no glass left over in my car and they were also able to retint my window which was a huge plus

If I could give a Zero star rating I definitely would for this place Some guy named Joe at this auto shop is one of the most rude individuals I have ever met I went over to the shop to ask for a quote on my car which is currently out of commission I saw Joe standing there doing nothing talking to some other random guy smoking a cigarette I proceeded to wait till he was done talking to the guy and then told him I have so and so car and I wish to get these repairs done on it would you be able to run me a quote by any chance He proceeds to say no way right in my face and tells me to get out I was baffled because who talks to a customer that way I then asked him if there was anyone else inside who would be able to run me a quote he said no and told me to leave though I didnt even do anything all I wanted was a quote Then he starts pointing to the cars in the shop saying do you see how busy I am I didnt know smoking a cigarette makes you busy but anyways I explained to him once again that Im not dropping the car off right now I just want a quote but he continues to say no get out Im not sure what was the matter with this individual but I definitely dont recommend going to this guy ever nor will I ever be returning to him unless its to speak with his manager and getting him fired

Ive been a customer at H L for over years I absolutely will not go elsewhere for my car Joe is awesome And so are all the staff Born and raised in SF this shop has old school ethics that are hard to find I highly recommend H L auto
