Chows Automotive is hands down the best Youd recognize me driving around in my car its a green VW Bug with flowers all over it and a Hello Kitty steering wheel I went in for a simple oil change and they completely exceeded my expectations Not only did they change the oil but they also fixed my side mirror refilled the washer fluid and even cleaned the interior That was such a thoughtful and unexpected bonus
Mr Chow is incredibly friendly and informative He takes the time to explain things clearly without being pushy or overwhelming I appreciate that because my car is quirky and old but Mr chow never made me feel judged or embarrassed about it He just genuinely cares about his customers and their cars
