I normally come here to get my hair cut and dyed so decided to take my daughter here to come for her prom hair she was very excited and looking forward to it she had chosen a style she loved and thought it was very possible Anyways she goes in and comes out with something that looks absolutely NOTHING Like the picture there was absolutely no similarities to what she was given and the inspiration She was absolutely heartbroken she went all the way home crying with only a hour or so to fix this mess it caused lots of stress and ruined the start of her day We got home and she managed to fix it although she was still very upset about the end result The price was fine was reasonable but now I wish I stood up and told them how she felt about the hairstyle An unqualified teenager couldve done a better job

The service experience professional nature of the stylists at the salon is wonderful My hair always looks how I want and often better and I always come away feeling great Beths colour knowledge is amazing and the way she blends my hair is so natural and I love it Cant rate her enough
