NAPOLEON NAILS RYE

i am really upset at the state of my nails i called in advance to book and ask if they could confidently do design on shellac nails which they said yes to they asked for the design and i showed them and i was told it wouldnt be an issue at all to start off there are air bubbles in the shellac as well as its lifting from the bottom on my thumb the design that was done is so messy and rushed and when i tried to speak up about the state of them i was ignored the stars are entirely lopsided and have large spaces that werent filled in im really upset that i spent dollars for these nails and i cant afford them to get redone or removed never coming back here

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail bar When removing my old acrylics the technician tried to lift them off using a false nail instead of acetone which was incredibly painful After I spoke up and explained that it was hurting they finally used acetone but it shouldnt have taken me asking for it The filing process was way too rough and it actually felt like my nails were burning Concerned about the glue used for acrylic tips which is what I usually get I opted for SNS instead hoping for a better outcome Unfortunately the result was far from what I expected I chose a lilac color but it wasnt applied properlyit doesnt fully cover my nails leaving parts of them exposed which makes them look unfinished On top of that the SNS is so thick that it just looks bulky and unprofessional Overall this was not worth the time or money and I wont be returning

I asked for light pink and they are Litterly see through it doesnt even look like there is colour on them
