Images hair and beauty salon

I have been going to images for many years now for my nails eyebrows and hair and it infos been wonderful since day one such a warm and welcoming environment and no matter how crazy my nail request is Charlotte is always ready for the challenge I can infot rate this place more highly But don infot get too popular cause I need to make sure I can get an appointment Haha

My elderly Mum has been going to Images for hair nails for some time and in the last months has become concerned about the standard of treatment she has received She felt uncomfortable in the salon as if she was out of place not wanted in there and the staff are offhand seem to rush her inout as fast as possible The hair stylist has ignored her instructions about her hair cut it whether it really needed cutting or not but didn info infot bother with the styling Mum wanted In effect Mum has paid for a hair cut that consists largely of snipsnipdone The nail technician instead of removing the old acrylic nails replacing them with a new set every time Mum went in for her nails every weeks as recommended for good practice simply added more n more acrylic lacquer to the old one Mum has had the same set of acrylics on her nails for over a year despite Mum visiting the salon every weeks paying for new ones Because the acrylics have never been removed her real nails are now looking unhealthy possible fungal infection cracked splitbroken removing the old acrylics every time a new set was put on would have allowed the health of the nails to be checked so Mums nails could info infove been kept healthier but no such health checks were carried out Mum has been forced to remove the acrylics herself as she doesn info infot trust the salon any more to do the work Suffice to say this is NOT a recommendation
