Asked for subtle cool toned ashy brown highlights through my already dark base and was left with orange brassy highlights which were more so just streaks of ginger unevenly dispersed around my face and roots which i specifically said i didn infot want light roots The whole interaction started off terribly with me being handed a gown and told to sit in a chair no hello no smile no how are you The girl then complained the whole time about how my hair is so thin remarking no offence but multiple times in regards to my hair which is of course going to be taken completely offensively i infove had multiple hairdressers talk about my hair being thin and not once have i been made to feel like i was putting them out or made to feel bad about an insecurity When she took the foils out and aggressively washed and brushed my hair she put the toner on for what couldn infot have been longer than or minutes then washed it off revealing orange roots She then began drying it when i told her that it looked nothing like the picture of what i infod asked for she again proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because my hair was too thin and that i had probably asked for the wrong thing Not once did she take responsibility for or apologise for my disappointment in fact she expressly told me it is not my fault She offered to put a root tint on which i declined because I didn infot want to spend another second in this environment where i was made to feel stupid wrong and like i was a hassle I also didn infot trust that after leaving giant patches of my roots a brassy orange colour that she would have the ability to fix it I declined her cutting my hair as again i had no hope for it coming out the way i would ask it to In the end i did agree to come in on tuesday morning if i still didn infot like it but after tears frustration and disappointment that this is how my meant to be but she didn infot charge me for the toner hair for my birthday turned out I will not be returning On top of the fact that my hair is nothing like i asked for the general vibe of the salon is subpar It looked dirty worn down and uncared for and i infove never been to salon where teacoffeerefreshments are not a standard offer Completely disappointing

Leigh did a really great job with my hair I had bleached my hair twice then coloured it Leigh was able to cut most of the damage out Great service thank you Eleanor
