Hannahs Nails

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews but this was handled so poorly today I think other people deserve to know It was actively bleeding in the salon and the tech just tried to ignore it after ripping off my very healthy and long nail mistaking it for the acrylic I then waited an HOUR for someone to finish soaking off the rest I dont know why the tech just got up and walked away Anyway after I removed of my own acrylics someone finally filed the rest off including my bleeding finger and then proceeded to put all the tools back away in her drawer They had my blood on them At that point I asked to speak to the owner who only grumbled at my refusal to pay and not one apology

Julie I think her name was did my nails absolutely perfectly based off of some photos I had found online she was kind and caring enough to help me put on my shoes when I couldnt Would recommend this place to everyone

Definitely not like it use to be with the old owner Hannah as she new all her customers by name an gave u a quality service since new owners taken over they rush u threw as fast as possible the pedicures sent as good as the old workers use to do an the nail Service is hit an miss depends who Does your nails I found Mine to be all different thicknesses crooked an noticed at all up to par with the old owners workmanship they expect u to wait hours because they try to fit to many threw as fast as possible rather than worry about the quality of the work there doin if they need to make so much put price up so u can do quality workmanship an not have to rush customers through to make more money all the services are not the same standard as Hannah use to put out unfortunately its getting very hard to find a good nail shop who likes to keep there customers coming back because of the great work an friendly services they provide also Hannah use to do sns now new owner doesnt because it takes longer to do but much better for nails than acrylic
