As a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars at times in Queanbeyan store for many years so have my friends family for very very long time we all grew up here have a strong communityconnection l am deeply disappointedwill NEVER return Never been treated this way in any local Qbn stores or anywhere nationwide not even when travelled many countries a few times While I have previous instances of rudeness from manger Tina Despite her past instances of rudeness I overlooked out of respect instead i always admired was very impressed store run by elderly women thought they be filled with grace wisdom kindness empathy however was totally opposite my absolute final straw over refund her behaviour was completely out of line utterly humiliating escalated into an unacceptable public confrontation was aggressively yelled at in front of other customers Left in tears anxious unsafe embarrassed attacked anxiety level increases dramatically even just thinking about it no amount of money or good product that can justify this kind of public mistreatment No one should be treated this way regardless of person of colour Loyal customers deserve respect not hostility There are many other health shops that offer star service treat their patrons with dignity We choose this store to help out local business its distance convenient it definitely WASNT the service Kindly try not to give unfair response to my comment defending your stuffbusiness you werent there neither did it happened to you to be commenting as if you know what it was like its NOT your experience it be unkind unjust unfair rude taking sides to make it sound like others reading online as if its something else when its NOT if you cant help it least comment without manipulating the facts Blessings

This little health food shop is a gem I have bought many products from here some that I couldnt find anywhere else The service is always great and if I cant find what Im lookign for they kindly order it in I highly recommend shopping here for all health needs

The lady was extremely helpful but unfortunately they did not have what I needed
