The staff were really polite and very friendly They did a wonderful job on my nails and were very gentle and soft with my hands I love talking to the staff as it makes my day Id come to cue nails every time Trang did my nails and I am in love

Rude Unprofessional Poor service Poor workmanship It was a genuinely awful experience in every sense Not only are the bar style seating uncomfortable the staff were rude and didnt do what I asked for
The manicure itself looks ok the process was absolutely not
Boiling acetone WHY Ive been to a lot of shops and had a lot of manicures over the years but this was a first
She then shredded my fingers with a nail file and when I showed her she ignored it finished the manicure and then disappeared while it cured and then they tried to charge me full price for cutting me not once not twice but times
A very cranky customer here
