Shop closes at I came in at to get a removal and a new set I knew it was late so I asked if they could still fit me in which they said yes After the removal was done they told me they had no time for the builder gel set I initially wanted and asked if I wanted shellac instead They shouldnt have told me they had time then halfway through the appointment turn me away Was left with undone nails and had an event the next day Would have been better to turn me away at the door while I still had something on my nails Still made me pay which was very disappointing

My first experience here was okay I spent on my nails to have gel and a matalic color which was an extra then a pedicure that was absolutely horrible i went back tho to have just my finger nails refilled and I wasnt happy with the outcome and said that before leaving but he didnt respond to me it was very awkward I payed for it Two days latter my fingers were in absolutely horrible pain any time I touched something etc I contacted them as the nails didnt fit my fingers at all Ill add pictures I went into the shop asking for them to please remove them and the pain and that I had previously contacted her on Facebook Was a male that done my nails both times but when I have gotten there I was rudely told my fingers cant be done I have horrible nails bedsthat just will not hold up to there work horrible cuticles I accepted her put downs tried to understood her point of view although I realy hadnt had issues with other places having horrible nails beds that cant look nice alone with my cuticles anyway still wanting my nails off as the pain was horrible and they just didnt fit she refused to take rhem off and told me to go to the place that did them again I told her it was here again she replied get out so I did Honestly was embarrassing in front of her other client and just a horrible experience all together havent had the confidence to go anywhere else due to my horrible nails its the little things and this hurt my feelings Will never give my money to someone whos meant to make you feel beautiful but instead makes me feel horrible about myself Im unsure how to post photos if anyone can help

Would you just look at them I got these done just in time for Easter and Im obsessed The girls as great always up front polite and do a great job Thank you Citi Beauty Portland Xox
