Ive been putting off writing this review for some time as I didnt want to come off as rude or anything But on the st of June I went into meiling to get my lashes and toenails done as my usual lash tech cancelled on me last minute day before my holiday The girls in there were nice but while getting my lashes done people were walking in and out and at one point there was or people standing around me watching me The room I got them done in wasnt that clean and it seems as though they dont change or clean the sheet and pillow thats on the bed It was quite an uncomfortable experience While getting my lashes done my eyelids were being pulled up which was extremely sore and the extensions were put on my waterline Not on my eyelashes where theyre supposed to be Because my eyelid was getting pulled so far up the glue was constantly getting in my eye which again was extremely painful and uncomfortable By the time my lashes were done my eyes were red and bloodshot from all the pulling tugging and glue getting into my eye After my lashes were done I got my toes done which was all fine Later that night I got home my eyes were still irritated and red from the lashes and glue It was very uncomfortable It got to a point where it was unbearable to even blink thats how painful it was I contacted them that night and sent pictures and videos of my eyes and told them they need to be removed asap and that I need a refund In all fairness I got a reply pretty quick and they said theyd come in early the next day to remove them and Id get my refundWhile I was messaging them I was messaging another lash tech which also agreed that the placement of them was horrendous As I went in the next day to get them removed keep in mind this was day before my holiday the girls werent too happy I felt quite awkward in there as if it was my fault that this happened when they were literally placed on my waterline When the girl started the removal Again there was more pulling and tugging at my eyes for over hours Thats how long I was laying there The glue did not budge they were practically cemented to my eye There was numerous times where I was left in the room by myself with the door wide open for people to see and I was laying flat on my back with my eyes closed for hours My eyes were even more irritated after the removal and they were burning like nothing Ive ever experienced I got my refund only for the lashes personally for the inconvenience I think I shouldve gotten the whole I payed for my toes aswell They said I had a allergic reaction which is not true as I would frequently go and get my lashes done before this I had to buy eyedrops and put them in my eye for about days after that And while getting both my lashes done and removed it seemd as though their hands werent washed as I could smell food and cigarettes while getting them done and removed Overall not the best experience Ive ever had and Im still to this day shaken up over it because I was convinced Id loose my eyesight permanentlyi have all the photos and videos to prove it
