Was down for the weekend and walked in was seen to straight away but then the guy I was given was changed to another guy I explained what I wanted in the french ombre pink with white what i got was pink with a thick uneven white right down to near the cuticle so my nails were almost white was really disappointing I didnt complain as I hadnt got time for them to redobut definitely wouldnt go back

STAY AWAY Im honestly so disappointed and angry after my most recent visit to this salon especially because Ive been coming here regularly for pedicures Today was completely unacceptable I asked for a full pedicure with shellac but what I got was nothing more than a rushed shellac change No soak no proper nail care when I asked where the water was and why I wasnt receiving a full pedicure like I had asked for the technician just brushed me off and kept going like my request didnt matter
They were clearly trying to rush me out the door because they were closing in minutes
They knew that I wanted a full pedicure from the start and probably knew that they didnt have enough time should have turned me away and asked me to come back another day they just wanted my money
I had people hoovering around me putting chairs on tables and basically making it very clear I was an inconvenience for just being there That is NOT how you treat a paying customer
To make things even worse they butchered my toenails My cuticle is cut my big toes are raw and they took off way too much nail from either side its painful and looks awful I felt like I was being pushed out as quickly as possible with zero concern for quality or hygiene
I walked out feeling rushed annoyed and completely dissatisfied This is not the level of service I expect especially not from a place Ive been to a number times before If you value your time and money go elsewhere AVOID AVOID AVOID
Never too long a wait here and the staff are very friendly and professional They are quick and good value for money A spa pedicure is a really nice experience and the massage chairs are wonderful
