I havent had the issues all of these star reviews apparently did If anything Laura is upfront and will always let me know the price If Im looking at product or recommended a product I will ask for the price
Laura fixed a horrendous haircut Id received from a well known and pricey salon It was a birds nest and thankfully Laura rescued it
Also she does a fabulous blowout They all do I leave feeling like a queen
I love the salon its small and cosy but great for a chats and I find customers interact and laugh more

I walked in after a long plane ride asking for a blowdry I have short hair for reference The owner upsold me some add ons like a scalp clean which I stupidly accepted without asking the price in hindsight I should have asked a price as soon as I walked in so I do take fault in this
Although the blowdry was nice it was nowhere near the she charged me I was so utterly shocked I felt totally scammed and wish I had settled on a price beforehand Will definitely not recommend As other previous reviewers have commented I would avoid this rip off

SCAM DISHONEST AND HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE
This was absolutely mortifying I went in for a simple shampoo and blowdry clearly quoted at At the end I was suddenly charged without my consent No transparency no professionalism just fake addons like a scalp cream and a quick run of the straightener
This behaviour is nothing but dishonest and shameful A customer has the right to know the price upfront not be ambushed at the end with triple the cost I felt humiliated cheated and completely disrespected
This person is a fraud not a professional
I strongly warn everyone stay away do not trust them this is a scam
An absolute disgrace to the industry
