A Staff member tried to instruct to me on how to care for my client whilst I was encouraging independence even when explaining that my client is independent and capable to have her nails done and make her own choices she again instructed me how to care for my client and told me to sit next to her I also tried to explain that the NDIS is to encourage independence while in the community and that I have experience of years with this client and I am aware of what she is capable of and of her needs The nail lady made me sit next to my client which caused an unwanted behaviour as she prefers to feel independent when out in the community my advice is to stick to nails and leave disability support to the support workers who have trained obtained certificates and have years of experience in the industry and understand their clients needs more than someone who has met them for the first time We wont be back

Will not go back Underwhelming results that only last weeks In just two manicures the nail technician severely damaged my nails with an electric file leaving them paper thin and sore

I dont like leaving I bad reviews but I came in to get my gel nails taken off and the man told me scrape it off myself while sat there laughing with another client and they still charged me full price
