AVOIDDD manager is a Scam artist went in to get full hair dye for an event Didnt apply no bleach on my hair to achieve colour left with the same colour as I came in with when I clearly asked for redpurple and picked the colour I wanted Stained my scalp got hair colouring on my ears neck and scalp had a reaction too no patch testing Poor unprofessional service The Manager Kiran had put colouring on my hair and left before washing my hair and her workers dealt with the rest they could tell I was unhappy with result and told me to come back tomorrow which I did and nothing come of it has still not issued a refund for poor service had the audacity to book me in again then cancel on the day Now taking it further with trading standards ombudsman

Kiran is a very rude individual She walked upto my chair and asked me what was wrong with me Which i didnt know what she was implying I went in a few days once the lady burnt my skin once she ruined the shape of my eyebrow whilst waxing and the manager keeps changing her prices everytime you speak to her She tried to charge me just for roots retouch The lady is very unprofessional and has a major attitude She also argues with her customers I do not recommend this place at all The girls who wor for her clearly do not know how to wax or thread and the manager is very argumentative for absolutely no reason

I have alopecia I had my very first mehndi done today It is bsolutely beautiful Monika is patient precise and profesdional I am trilled with it I was even asked if it was a tattoo its that clear Many thanks to all at Kirans in Oldbury I feel like a million dollars
