I dont usually leave reviews but this felt necessary Today was my first visit to this salon and I have drove past it many many times I only booked in for a gel removal after I was let down by my usual nail lady who then couldnt fit in me in again any time soon for an event coming up Despite my appointment being a simple gel removal and first visit to this salon it was possibly the best most gentle and non damaging gel removal Ive ever had on my nails The overall care to my nails was also a lot more gentle and kind than I have experienced before and I didnt leave with painful cuticles Both the beauticians were very warm and welcoming and I will definitely be back here when I am ready for some new gel nails again Thank you so much for such a lovely welcoming atmosphere to this salon as I also had my very young baby with me who thankfully slept very well throughout the appointment Scared to speak so highly of you in case I then start to struggle to get appointments here instead x

Had an appointment booked for Monday th July Id already left home for this arrived to be told that the masseuse had to leave urgently The text arrived only minutes before the appointment Im disappointed I only had the notification minutes before the appointment understand that things happen but surprised no one else could cover This was my first visit as well and will be my last I waited weeks for an appointment so will be going elsewhere

I first had my consultation with Jo where we went over everything including what my main problem areas were my current skin routine and lifestyle I was guided to skincare that better suited my needs and booked treatments that would help my concerns as well as future treatments As someone who knows nothing about beauty I was so happy to have someone guide me through what I needed not just someone who wanted to take my money for any treatment Have since re purchased the skin care as well as booking in future treatments
