My only go to for beauty whilst living in Northampton Moved to London now and no one has done my eyebrows as beautifully as this lady Whenever I am in Northampton I ensure that I visit Very talented very popular

This lady has a AWARD for a reason I havent threaded my brows in a while I usually wax them and I was dreading threading At his lady this wonderful lady when she threaded my brows it was like it was floating on my skin like I didnt feel it that much Plus she managed to make my brows very similar FYI ladies your brows are sisters NOT twins I highly recommend this place and I will return X

Awful customer service I walked in today and asked if I can get my eyebrows threaded The only beautician said that that will be no problem if I come back in minutes I was back in about Upon my return I found the beautician finishing with the same customer and also a line of people who all apparently just walked in in the minutes I was gone for She then offered me a th place in line probably at least another minutes of waiting which considering I was there with my year old daughter didnt look like a great idea Now maybe Im old fashioned but when you are told to come back at a certain time you kind of expect to be seen Well I guess not in this place Would never go there again or recommend it to anyone I know I normally never post a negative reviews hardly any reviews at all but beauticians attitude made me very upset
