I had a terrible hair experience at this salon Went in for a nice dark chocolate brown hair dye which Ive had done many times before at different places came out with raven black hair While the colour was on my hair I kept telling Hayley it does not seem normal looks like its going too dark but she was busy with other customers just sufficed to assuring me without checking my hair that the dark Im seeing is because the colour is oxidising After seeing the result she first tried to deny its turned black then let me know there is nothing she can do to fix it because my hair has been chemicaly straightened which she knew all along I did not even receive an apology for the poor service Thought Id leave a review so others are not misled by all the star reviews like I was

Ive been going to Hayley for several years and love her professionalism My hair still keeps its shape even though I am overdue for a cut
