I trusted Moe Co based on their reputation but after reading some recent reviews I wish I had checked them before attending today Unfortunately my experience was very consistent with what others have mentioned I was served by a very junior hairdresser My immediate impression was that they were either a trainee or very new I am generally fine with being a training model but given that I am travelling soon I would have chosen another time if I had known My main feedback is around communication and quality control If junior apprentices are working on clients customers should be informed upfront and given the option to wait for a more experienced hairdresser Additionally an experienced stylist should check the work before the client leaves to ensure it meets standard As it stands I now need to rush out and have my haircut fixed before travelling later this week which is disappointing

Worst barbershop ever Didnt get what I asked for at all asked for a mid skin fade was left with practically no hair on the sides but wasnt even shaved so not technically a skin fade at all Also had to go home and touch up uneven parts and hairs sticking out that didnt get cut For dollars its an absolute joke and very obvious they are just pumping out cuts at that price rushing them through just to make as much money as they can without caring about their work star is being generous do not come here

If I could give no stars I would My partner went into here to get a hair cut but was left feeling angry and embarrassed about his haircut he had come into my work to show me and I was absolutely disgusted and in shock on how it looked and I could tell straight away how awful the haircut was It was not what he had asked for and looked terrible We called them to ask for a refund and were told they didnt do that and there was nothing they could do They should not be charging full prices for haircuts if they have inexperienced children providing haircuts My partner ended up having to go somewhere else and being out of pocket because of it I would never recommend this place as every time he has gone here hes walked out with a ridiculous overpriced haircut He also purposely went at a quiet time and it was very rushed probably waited to be seen minutes and the haircut was rushed through in
