Fantastic service honest people professional kind Sometimes all New York City factors especially car related conspire to give you the worst day ever And sometimes only a true New Yorker has the power to turn it around I called Dean the owner I think after getting a ticket this morning for an expired inspection sticker I wanted to get it done today because I was worried about getting more tickets but when he said he had appointments for next week I explained my situation and said its ok I would figure it out wow he told me it was not ok he did not want me to get more tickets and he had me come right away to get my inspection done He greeted me himself when I got there and was so kind and comforting something I have honestly never experienced at an auto shop He let me meet his dog while I waited for Ari to finish the inspection and even noted some details about the way I had my stickers placed advice to avoid tickets As if the quickness accommodation professionalism and kindness wasnt enough he ended up not charging me the inspection to offset the cost of the ticket I had gotten that morning I feel graced by a literal angel and feel this is something that could only happen in the city I am so grateful that I found West Village Auto Repair and will definitely be coming back for all my auto needs I cant recommend enough these are genuine people running a genuine business Thank you so much for making my day

Unbelievable service from the team at West VIllage Auto Repair I called in the morning and they were able to see me later in the afternoon The guys came out and handled everything professionally and didnt even charge me for the small issue I was having with my Range Rover HIGHLY recommend and will be coming back soon

I called for a car inspection because its expired and got a ticket right the next day I call this Auto repair they said I need to make appointment and next availability is in more days I said I got a ticket see if they have something earlier since I have to be around with my car and do not want a second ticket they understand and told me to come in the same day they will accommodate me and will help me that was so so nice of them I was feeling so grateful for their consideration and treatment In conclusion I cant believe how amazing they are
