Back N Sides Mount Gambier

I paid for my hair to look like this I booked a balayage service it was definitely not what i received I will not even get into the conversations i overheard while receiving this service I reached out to the owner via email to express my disappointment in my hair i was told that this outcome was discussed and i agreed to it no accountability no fix free of charge and no refund offered i have since reached out twice for some sort of resolution to which i have been ignored I sought a second opinion from other local salons who specialise in blonde and have been told both times that what i have received is not what i originally asked for I am now booked in with another salon to have this fixed which will be costing me a further I have given this salon enough time to resolve this privately i would not usually post something like this publicly but this has been handled in a very poor manner I am hoping the salon owners can reach out to me and offer the resolution i politely requested attached you will find photographs of my hair all taken not even a week after the service was provided as well as my inspiration photo

I took my son to GK for a haircut today and was really impressed My boy usually cant sit still but GK was extremely patient and gentle with him He put so much care into the cut and the result looks fantastic What makes it even more special is that GK is the only barber Ive met here who can speak Mandarin it really made me feel comfortable and understood Im truly grateful for his kindness and skill and well definitely be coming back

Couldnt find a Curly hairdresser in Mt gambier so I decided to go to the Back N sides Made my appointment via call Had a dry cut and it turned out so good thank you so much
