honestly ive only gotten sets done here and i love them i get what i ask for and i walk out happy

Worst experience Got my nails and pedicure done This lovely lady hurt me multiple times so rough and having rude body language Never apologized even when I nearly jumped from my chair with pain All nails have different shape uneven thick and I dont even want to talk about my toe nails I requested to fix a scratch on my nail which she already finished OMG she grabbed my finger and rubbed it aggressively I was scared It seems like they dont want to work there but are forced to do it I got it done this morning but my nails are still hurting even when I am not doing anything I have done my nails multiple times but never hurt like this I will never go there again I felt so disappointed and sad when leaving but no body cared

i usally have great experiences here but i came at pm on Thursday and asked if they had time they said yes she didnt start till so not leaving much time untill closing i asked french tip but before she started painting I said ill just do a plain colour so it doesnt take as long considering that they were closing soon her body language completely changed she was being aggressive with my hands and mumbling under her breath after she painted the colour she started to put white polish on the tips and i politely told her that i didnt want french tip anymore thats why i picked the other colour and apologised she got tissue paper and aggressively was smacking the white polish off my nails she was clearly rushing and wanted to finish which i completely understand but she could of told me she didnt have time and i would of come back the next day just really disappointing
