This was second visit for a touch up to blonde tips My hair was fried I can only wear it up to disguise the broken damaged hair If I have it down it looks like fairy floss It has cost me over on kerastase products to try to repair this mess All I can d o now is let it grow out years or have all the frizz cut of and my hair will be one and a half inches all over As I explained to Cindy I suffer with Alopecia and medications to allow me a full head of hair is every weeks My hair is precious to me or should I say was I have not ruled out legal action but this lock down makes it impossible at the moment To say the least I am angry disappointed and out of pocket It had taken me years to have reasonable hair Alopecia and took this salon hours to ruin it
Fantastic service very professional and friendly Wouldnt trust anyone other than Cindy with my hair
